I'll let someone else who is better versed in these sweet old Mercury ladies bicycles weigh in here, but I believe this bicycle would have had a fender light instead of the emblem due to the horn tank being a standard version and not one with the built-in lights (which would negate the need for a light on the fender). This is just something I'm guessing at, so I apologize if I'm wrong. As far as parts, you shouldn't have any trouble. I can help you out with most of it with the exception of the rear rack.

Sorry to be “the rain on the parade,” but is the fork bent? Though that’s not a deal breaker, the one photo appears to be bent. Though it could be the angle of the photo.

A hair bit maybe by the looks but not bad enough to make it unrideable I’d say
