There was a Klein lawsuit where they sued Cannondale over the use of oversized welded aluminum tubing. They claimed patent infringement but lost.

Klein's history is actually pretty incredible. I sure wish my father in law remembered more. The most I've gotten out of him was that Gary was kind of a dick and that he dumped a lot of chemicals in their back forty and my father in law had reported him to the EPA and was afraid for a while that Gary knew it was him and was going to have him wacked lol.
