Ya he is! 14 and already 5’8”!

Finished building 1941 Schwinn Excelsior singlespeed klunkerette. Goof off red house paint to reveal some og white fireball motif, blue paint, remnants of Excelsior letter script and seat tube decal.

Shakedown ride on local trail: pretty good, relatively snappy, good climber wide flat type bars, spring saddle comfy smooths out bumps but too wide, makes sliding off rear difficult. Step thru makes dismounts easy quick

I really like that the new chainring is a shrunken down version of the original one. The decals you excavated are sweet. Another unconventional Klunker(ette) in the @J-wagon arsenal. Love seeing your bikes and the places you take them!
