Nope. 26er on the om flyer and 700s on the red schwinn.
Thanks for the reply. Sorry for the ambiguity--I was asking about the Schwinn. I should have known, as the Varsity came with the old boomer 27"s, which are larger (rim wise) than 700c. I ask because I have a 20" Collegiate frameset that I'm wondering what to do with. It fits 2" x 26" tires with narrow '90s MTB rims, the standard 559 bsd size. I'm afraid it will bring the pedals too close to the ground, though. Your setup looks ideal. I should have asked earlier, but what width are the 700s on that bike?
Edit: I should probably ask
@birdzgarage about this--he's running something similar. How's the pedal to ground clearance on your Speedster? I'm guessing the BB drop is similar between the Speedster and Collegiate, as they came with the same size tires OG.
2nd Edit: I just held an S-5. S-6 tire up against my 2x26", and it's not that much larger in OD. Crank length and pedal width are probably more of a factor. I think I'm just going to throw together the parts I have when I get a chance, and see how it fits.
