Powerking 3 speed

Finally riding a big boys bike
Hello, today I picked up a PowerKing 3 speed (Shimano 333 stick shift) bike. I mainly picked it up for the shifter. My question is, there is very little to no information regarding Powerking bikes online. What I have found online, is, that Powerking was a house brand for the E J Korvettes department store, though the bike I purchased has a local bike shop sticker on it. Does anyone know anything else about Powerking bikes? This model was made in Japan. Thank you

serial placement and format will be a big clue as to actual manufacturer

a great many of the department store bikes were done by Bridgestone

readers may be able to venture an identification with the aid of imagery

This bike has to be well over 50 years old, probably around 1969. They were a less expensive copy of the English 3-speeds, but not as durable. They are not something you come across everyday
