Sold Pre war drop center wheel set Morrow

A matching 26" set with a Morrow H-3 date and 1/2' cog and front wheel looks ND. Rear hub is frozen. Hoops itself are straight and solid, minor surface rust intermittently on rims. Wheels need a little attention. Matching set of Davis tires. Looks like possibly Colson type wheel set, I do not know what they came off of originally.

I didn't think so, but I see a little in small areas. Photos do not do it justice, hard to photograph, no guarantee what it's like underneath. In the sun light directly it shines, again I cant capture it well. I wouldn't count it being strong if so.
I'm not comfortable yes for sure.
