i think your right,wasnt a good pic of the dropout on my net book,he sold out from under me anyway saved me a hundred bucks anyway

It looks like the kickstand is tapered. They did this for one year only. That would make it a 1946

We’ve seen the tapered kickstand showing up as late as 48, like this New World model.
