Pre War Electric Horn ID Please

Picked this handlebar mount electric horn at a local swap meet today. It appears to aftermarket from the late 1930s and is in great working order. I find no manufacturers name or ID anywhere and never recall seeing another like it. Anyone have any info?

I forgot to mention that the cutouts on either side near the grille contain red and green lenses.
