Pre-War? Hawthorne? truss rods and fenders

I got this from a friend who klunked it. He thinks it's a Hawthorne? It looks pre-war.
I'm not sure about fenders? They look later. Truss rods are 22 1/2" c to t and fenders
are 2 7/8" wide. I'm going to part the rest of the bike. Brooks saddle is gone.
$40 for truss rods (ships runs $15-17)
$20 for fenders (ship is around $25-30)
actual shipping extra.
I only accept friends/family PayPal or money orders.

Can you get me an estimate on shipping the fenders to 61745, Heyworth Illinois? Speed is not important as long as I have tracking info. Up to you on carrier, UPS may be least expensive if accessable.
