I have this heavy duty pre war basket for sale. It seems to be adjustable as the legs can mount in 2 positions. Not sure of the maker but constructed of flay stock steel and riveted together. Missing one piece presumably for mounting to seat post. $115/OBO shipped

I have two these believed to be handle bar mount . looking at the leg orientaion this basket would mount with the long width overhanging the sides if mounted as a carrier with a seat post bracket.

The one on the 24” shelby is smaller than the one on the G519 military bike having different style handle bar mounts the shelby a twisted clamp less rams horn twist the G519 using rwo screw brackets like a handle bar mount
