Pre war Shelby bike help

What's a good price if I were to want to purchase this bike. My info is limited on Shelby. Thank you.

As Rollfaster Said, ---CWC (Cleveland Welding Company) Made---Rollfast, Hawthorne, many other Badges came on this Bike--but not a Shelby Badge.
It`s got lots of good things going for it though- Nice Bike... Shelby is altogether different...
You might sell the Shelby Badge or Trade it for something that is correct... God Bless,---Cowboy

I don't know what it is but I like the bars and saddle.
