Here is a nice old shelby traveler bicycle for sale.
This bike will be sold together unless it doesn't sell soon.

Has a nice (SHELBY) drop stand. Deep fenders. Chain guard. And nice triple step rims with lightening dart tires.
The seat is not original and pedals are newer as well as the handlebar grips.

crazy hobby we have here. bike won't sell for good money and gets parted. 5 guys built bikes with your parts and others and can't sell that bike complete for good money so they get parted out, and the cycle continues. any bike not original is just parts floating around that end up on 20 different bikes over the years.

For a bike like this its a good thing. To part it out and finish mens bike or bikes that people ride. I would rather part it out so more people can make the bike they want, then sell it complete to someone who doesnt do anything with it

it's just an interesting observation. I bought parts from a guy who was parting out a complete bike just like the one I am putting together from parts. lucky for me I bought the basic rolling riding springer bike for only $75.00 30 years ago so I should have less in it than it is worth when done. my nieces can part it out after I die.
