Pre War Torrington Bars

those resemble the ladies "scout" bars shown on the front of my 1940 & 41 Colson steer from the rear tandem... just a shot in the dark.

Similar, but a bit more shallow(less of a rise) than the ladies Colson bars.

yes, fur sur... the scouts are a little higher rise and rounder from the center... maybe these are the men's version of those bars?
