Prewar 20 inch Schwinn possibly a 1938?

Trying to figure out what this little thing is...
Was told I could fetch a couple grand for it... 20-in bikes aren't my thing, and I'm

not really a big Schwinn fan anymore. Surprisingly this was abandoned in my vintage and antique storage business.
Looking for date and possibly valuable if anybody's really nice enough to throw it at me...

I can only make out 23364 of the serial. What's that preceding letter?

I donno man, it doesn't look like a letter, looks like a to me. It's been repainted so the braces could have been swapped. Wouldn't it have a seat post clamp if a 40-41?

20” bikes didn’t have clamps just like 16” frame size 26” bikes.
