I have looked at this Facebook ad for awhile now. I wondering what kind of bike this is? Is it a mix of parts put together from other bikes?

I see two sets of feet/shoes!!
one in white sneakers and one in pink slippers.

Looks like something low end from the 1960's and parted together at that. It may be "pre- some war" but not WWII for sure.

Headbadge outline looks like frame may have been a Roadmaster. Skiptooth crank and chain so at least mid 50s?

Frame, forks and chainguard seem to have some similarities to this old CABE post from 2009.
