Prewar Delta Winner Light

I was wondering what year the Delta Winner light was first introduced ?? I've seen them on 1939s but was wondering if they came out earlier ?? thanks....

I think 39 is correct. It isn't in the NEW FOR 1936 or the NEW FOR 1940 ads that i have, and the only ad i do have it in is 1939
