house painted elgin,frame is solid and straight,checked for original paint but none left bike was stripped clean
comes with all bearing and cones have the chainring and crank arm also ,not pictured .please pm if interested.

yes 26 inch 28 inch would have the narrow usually rain gutter fenders i believe!!

Dark pictures, but looks like a Westfield (Alemite 1937?); the serial number or prefix would shed more light on the middle 1930’s motorbike era.
