Prewar Hawthorne

Picked this up recently. Need some help figuring out what's wrong or right. Pretty sure the fenders are after market. They have screws and nuts holding the braces on. Does have Torrington long horns on it. I later took the seat off and found out the frame is broken on one side and cracked on the other at the square bolt hole. Will have my brother weld that back for me. What fenders should it have? I will need some correct truss rods. Are the originals hollow with a bolt or rod with nuts?

Might be circa 1938–D2, built by CWC for Montgomery Ward, (if that helps).

Thank you. Just finished installing the forged fork. Now gonna try to piece together a chain that's long enough. Might actually be able to ride it this week.
