Hard to tell from photos they sent but reverse colors? Almost could be maroon/grey? Maybe wishful thinking is all...

Barely. The crank and chainring could probably get $30 and then the chain another $30 rest isn’t much. If it’s maroon and grey i’d try an oxalic bath on it. Might get something cool!
