Was told this is around 1936, but cannot 100% confirm the year.
Original paint is holding on fairly strong. Worst paint area is on the top bar where the paint is thin and looks more peach colored. See pic.
The only damage I can see are a few dings in the head tube below the badge. It is pushed in as the picture should show, but it does not interfere with the fork steertube. Right rear stay from the seat post clamp down has a gradual bow in. I would think this could be pushed back fairly easy if desired.
Truss rod bracket and head tube cups have been rechromed. Top cup has a chunk of chrome loss. BB cups are not Shelby, but fit nicely.
Seat I believe is a Lobdell. One nut has been replaced at some point.
Overall a solid start for an OG rider to build how you would like it.
