offered here is a prewar schwinn double adjustable stem. these first showed up on the 1936 schwinn autocycle and were found on most of the high end schwinns of that era. later they showed up on the lightweights-new worlds. this is the harder to find tall version and has all the correct a.s. marked bolts. shows very well.
