These have quite a few dents as can be seen in the pictures. Braces have been replaced. Screws instead of rivets.
Please take a look at the pictures closely, I believe they are prewar Schwinn, but I can't say for sure. They were removed from the ladies bike in the last 2 photos. Crank is stamped AS 34. The listing is for the fenders only.
