Wore out three sets of tires already!
Ladies tall steer tube. I believe this came off a 1940. Has deluxe SCHWINN stamped headset. Long skinny truss rods have been rechromed, but some minor imperfections still detectable. A couple small pits not fully filled. $150+ on the new chrome if I remember right.
Locking mechanism seems to work smooth with replacement keys.
Spring and yoke would need smoothing for chrome.
