offered here is a prewar razor stem-drop forged steel-2nd/3rd variation-not the brass 1936 version. could use an o.a. bath as it has light patina-rust and most should come off-can be made to look much better. note the a.s. bar bolt and the letters are off by 90 degrees. regular a.s. bolt will fit and make the letters face correctly! i have seen several like this but can't figure what other application for the tilted letters-i am assuming-casting error-other opinions? removed from 1940 schwinn.
