DOND. Prewar Schwinn repaired 26” frame. I’ll throw in the fork and crankset. The crank is a WALD replacement. I think this is a tall frame because the seat post clamp sits above the frame. There’s some heavy welds that look like they can be ground down and then you can do the body work and paint. See pics!
