So I was able to grab this Schwinn of eBay and I'm a bit confused. I thought the model was a d97x? But didn't see that model in 41 which I believe the serial suggest. So the fender has a 42' plate. What are you guys thinking. Badge is a new world

It’s one of the oddball tall framed 40-41 c models with the curved down tube. My klunker is one of these, and there is an excelsior badged one with DX style paint on eBay as well.
