Prewar track bike, Quality frame though I am not sure of the maker. Mostly BSA components with Phillips pedals and Middlemore saddle and adjustable stem. $950.

you can fix it with bondo ! won't take much and its cheap !

Thats really not a fix and would ruin the patina of the bike. Glws! Its a beauty!
