Cruisin' on my Bluebird

have any of you ever un-brazed a fork leg and Replaced it with a straight one? Is it even possible , I thought they were made that way but may not be? Any tips or tricks would be welcomed. The type I’m asking about is pictured. Or I need a couple of these forks if available.Gary.
