R.I.P. Sheldon Brown(1944-2008)

I was saddened today by the news of the passing of Sheldon Brown.The cycling community has lost a scholar and a gentleman.He will be missed by many.He touched alot of lives with his devotion to the bicycle.
May the wind always be on your back now Sheldon.Ride Cap't Ride!

I didn't know him personally, but I too was greatly helped by his wealth of bicycle knowledge. They broke the mold when they made him. He'll always be remembered. Someone should name a bike model after him.
