Racycle Saddle Help Please

I recently picked up this Racycle saddle cover. It is over-waxed but that should be simple to resolve. Does anyone know who manufactured these for Miami? What chassis should this have? I bought a complete Racycle saddle off the CABE in the Spring that is motorcycle sized but maybe it will offer clues. Thanks for any help. If someone has a chassis that is correct please send a PM.

This one is about a third size larger than most bicycle versions you see from the teens; I assume it is for a motorcycle. It also has a double spring at the front. Can anyone identify the manufacturer? Hopefully this one offers clues to the cover above.

That's Troxel made , still could be for bicycle, measure it and I'll let you know.

Both Troxel Eagle Climax, top is mid teens, bottom tens to early teens, to my best estimate
