A fairly modern piece relatively speaking--'60s. It would be helpful to know what year that ad is. To me this is $50 or so. Even the old, good stuff doesn't have much of a following and the newer stuff even less so. V/r Shawn

I do not see a ZIP code and they were first active after July 1963 ( not sure when mandatory ) so my guess would be pre 1964 depending on when they were mandatory . Nice find would go great in any collection . Hard to find anything in a toy not assembled with original box .
