Definitely English.
A little bit of digging has thus far revealed that Kynoch were yet another armaments manufacturer who diversified into bicycle production.
Here's a 1919 ad, courtesy of the V-CC.....
Here are some ads for their "Rambler" brand and Kynoch Cycles themselves......
I haven't yet found a link to a Manchester division yet, or any information on them producing cycles post 1920.
