4 hole Carrier for the early Phantom bicycles that has been repainted at some point. Overall quite straight and rust free...
On board is the super rare early Ruby Lens Delta Taillight in good "patina" shape. The guts look very clean, just some
grime from over the years...the wire that reaches the axle is still wound around the contacts, possibly never had batteries?
