Rare Morrow Banded Hub For ELGINS FOR SALE

I am not sure if these undated, banded, alemite fitted Morrow hubs were used on upper ended Elgin models, but that seems to be the case as I have one on my '36 bluebird and this came off a Miss America...either way they were exclusive to Elgins and very uncommon.
The pic below is from my bluebird is for reference, the hub for sale is on the tiled table.
Given the chrome finish is pretty good on the hub, I was surprised that the arm was shot, so I replaced it, but was the same arm.
163.50 shipped discretely in a flat rate box.

Holy crap...I didn't see that.
So it's a late '38, possibly for a model into '39
Banded for the alemite fitting, Elgin only.
If interested, I'd entertain an offer.

I had a J-4 dated bump-hub Morrow turn up on a Delux 42 Elgin I bought... I think they (Murray) were cleaning out the previous year(s) parts on this bike
