Sold Rare Motobike frame with split bottom bracket

I haven't been able to identify this rare frame. It has a split bottom bracket and a rare front "wrap around" head tube sleeve. Cast chain adjuster bases looks Westfield, as well as the trumpet welding of the second bar.
