Re-Building Wheels

I two wooden wheels from my columbia tandem that need to get redone. The hubs do not need to be packed. I just need new spokes I guess? and some tires put on. What is a fair estimte so I don't get hosed.

Do you have tires? Is it a 28 inch wheel bike? The rims look ridable. Not sure if you could find a LBS that would even touch those rims. Mine looked like yours. I got a set of tires and ride it. Buy tires and do it yourself.

I have a shop that's gunna do it. Yeah and I belive they are 28IN. They seem toin good shape.
