I know it and like the site but they were off for awhile so if you want to look at Murray models the link doesn't work, I just hope this or the next few years everything will be fixed.
 
Yep, too bad some of the links do not bring up info. The Schwinn info was good and had some interesting history on how Schwinn distribution to various outlets was approached. I think this helps explain how bikes assembled for whole sale distributors like Chicago Cycle Supply Co. had color combos and features like fender styles etc. that were some times different from Schwinn badged models. I've had people tell me that factory original "other badged" Schwinn built bikes were not "correct" due to these differences and not taking into account that they were made to specification of the whole sale vendor which could differ from standard Schwinn models.
