Here is a lot of 25 nos axle cones

I have lot of these so start with replacing them in your bike now.

Make off on the hole lot weights 100 pounds i have no clue how many are in thare

I am pretty sure they are the New Departure Model D Brake Adjusting cone nut. They mate with the small caged bearing that fits inside of the chain sprocket. They would have a thin lock nut that secures them in their adjustment position.
