I hope this doesn’t get confusing. I received this as a unit with everything bolted together. If you want to make an offer that way, great but if you want to make an offer on either of the three items that’s okay too. Just be specific with the offer.
The stem and bracket have been chromed. Quite nice but some age and a few small dimples when closely examined. Still plenty nice enough to use as fresh chrome IMO. The brackets hole for the light is a bit off center which I never noticed until pulling it apart. The light is original and untested.
