Recognize this bottom bracket?

I finally have this ca. 1910 one-piece crankset apart and was wondering if anyone had an idea of who the manufacturer could be. I haven't seen one like it in my limited collection of catalogs. Each bearing race threads into a dust cover which is clamped in place in aplit bottom bracket shell. I'm sure a few dozen manufacturers and suppliers made a hanger similar to this one...Pictures are at:
