Recognize this early crankset?

I was wondering if anyone recognized this crankset from a ca.1905 ladies bike:

Any leads would be appreciated! Also in that set is a picture of the mortal remains of a my helmet after a spectacular commuter bike wipe out last week. They don't call them a brain bucket for nothing! I'm glad I was wearing it at the time.

Whatever you hit was definitely harder then your helmet, you're lucky to live to tell the tale!

It was as serious a wipe-out as I've ever had. At about 18 to 20 mph my front rack broke loose and jammed the front wheel and I went flying. As you can see, a good thing I was wearing the helmet but I still managed to break my arm. I had tightened all of my rack screws last week but did not notice the fatigue crack... Remember to do a THOUROUGH inspection, kids!

wow that helmet is toast! hope you recover fast.i had a fender on a triumph chopper in the 80s jam up and i went flying,,my helmet hit the pavement first.i had road rash for a year after that.i was going 20 miles an hour.very nice crankset looks abc to me.
