Judging by the nonexistent paint underneath the tank decal, that must be a 1958 model.

There appears to be a ‘52 Red Phantom on FB as well. Pretty crusty but complete less the rear rack. Somewhere in NY State.

I would agree, that's a 58. Pivot through the fork legs, 6 hole rack, clover sprocket and as you said, lack of paint under the decal.
