This bicycle is a 2nd owner and Bob Strucel restored. It has only been out for display once and has been in temperature controlled store room since. I would be glad to answer any questions. I will not ship unless arrangements for professional packing is made by buyer. I can help with delivery by driving some, delivering to Portland Swap Meet, etc.
