Reflective Tank Decals

Hi what year(s) did Schwinn use the above on their tanks? Thanks

I don't know, but I removed mine and put a decal on instead. (probably a mistake)

My 49 had them.I was told it was a 2 year deal,but not 100% sure.

I've owned a few late 40s maroon straightbars back in the day and they all had the red reflective decals.

My '51 Hornet has them.

My '53 hornet had them. My '55 deluxe hornet had the same type of decal, but too worn to tell if it was reflective or not.

Just picked this one up 1949 Schwinn…(I think) deluxe hornet!?? Very very original. But I’ve never seen this green Schwinn decal before, didn’t understand why it was green until I opened my garage with the lights off and saw it reflect! So came to the cabe to see what others have found regarding these.
