Has anyone ever come across an early bicycle saddle (I would guess 1895 - 1920ish) that bares the stamp "Regulation" on the nose flap?
I have an excellent top but not sure what the saddle should look like built up, it is possible that the chassis it came with is the original one but has been powder coated, I'm leaning that way but hoping to find an image or two to corroborate.
