Wore out three sets of tires already!
Anyone have some tips or tricks for removing damaged bearing cups (not sure the technical term) from a ND SM? I'm looking to make a few good hubs out of a handful of ones with cracked/worn bearing cups.

The easy out trick works for some hubs

These old hubs are pretty brittle. You may struggle removing and reinstalling without damaging them

One of them fell right out of one of my hubs - race perfectly in tact. Another damaged one is already unusable to me so if I break it trying oh well. I wouldn’t be doing this on the daily but might explore sealed bearings as well.
