get some fine rubbing compound, or maybe some McGuire's cleaner/polish... maybe even 1500 sand paper. there are several ways to make that look much better if not make it disappear completely.
That'll come off; try white toothpaste, dawn dish soap & little bit of baking soda mixed a little thick paste like. Scrub it gently with a rag to start ......
If that doesn't work you may have to use #0000 steel & be gentle on scrubbing
You are gonna have to experiment with several methods mentioned. Also Goofoff may work but be VERY gentle specially on the pin stripes. Sometimes the stains will not come off as with my Shelby that has some small spots here and there so I accepted them as part of the bike’s past history.
I would use some fine steel wool .I think it will come out better but not removed completely.When you are finished trying different methods use car wax to bring back a shine.
