Howdy gang!

I recently decided to restore my old Schwinn Typhoon. I think it's a 68 or a 69. It's been a few years since I checked the serial number. Anyways, the old fenders were rusted beyond repair the last time I restored it so I thought about getting some replacements. Does anyone know if these will fit right? Or should I go with some originals?

Thanks fellas.

If you are going to paint them I would go with originals. But if you need them chrome I would get those. The usual generic fenders need to be modified to fit a bike like drilling holes or bending them to fit, but since these say they are made for Schwinns it might be different.
And if you want original chrome-like fenders I would try to find some stainless Schwinn fenders, since they don't rust to bad and they can be polished.
