Restorable Matching Men's Seat to This Ladies' Elgin Seat???

I don't know if such a monster exists or not...
... but IF they made one - I'd like to find a Restorable Men's Seat that matches the seat on our Ladies' Elgin Sport with the chrome side "buttons"???

I would probably sell a restored one. I inherited this Elgin over 30 years ago from my Grandfather who rattle canned it red, white, & blue. As much a candidate for restoring as it is, sentiment will not allow me to.

The seat is 12" long and 11" wide. The chassis is chrome and is covered with house paint and light surface rust. Wear tabs included.
