Nice rechromed/restored original Schwinn Autocycle, Motorbike, Phantom etc AS stem that has been
rechromed. This is the prewar version and suitable correctly for 1937-40 bicycles.
In 41 the AS vertical bolt came into use. This has the correct plated bolt.
